Primary Foods Exercise:  To learn where your life needs more balance, place a dot on the line of each section to indicate how satisfied you are with this area of your life. The closer to the center your dot is, the more dissatisfied you are and the further toward the rim, the more satisfied you are in this section. When you are finished, connect the dots to see any imbalances in your primary foods. This is an excellent way to determine where you might want to focus your time and energy with me to create more balance.
